These terms apply when you claim a placement. I wrote them for this site, not as a substitute for legal advice.

The placement

You pay the listed price once, and that spot is yours. It is not sold again. There is no bidding, and a later offer does not push you out.

Your logo lands on the placement you buy and shows on that device in the showcase. On the Keychron K3, it lands on the keycap you picked. I review the artwork with you before it goes live, and I count the clicks that go through to your site.

Your logo

You confirm that you own the logo or have the right to use it here. Do not send marks you cannot license. I may turn down artwork I cannot produce, or that I have good reason to think I am not allowed to show.

Payment

Dodo Payments handles checkout as merchant of record. If a spot sells twice and I catch it after payment, I refund the extra charge.
